This month marks more than just a normal change in seasons for me. On August 31st I walked out the doors of my employer of over 13 years for the last time. It’s a big thing but it was a relatively  easy decision. While there may have been a few options to continue, it was time for me to walk away.    What’s on the other side? I don’t know yet but I do know that I need a break. I know we can’t all leave a job (trust me, I never ever would have done this under other circumstances)...
